Asian Development Bank, Vietnamese province launch task to curb spread of HIV/AIDS among youth The Asian Development Bank and the Vietnamese province of Hai Duong have released an initiative aimed at reducing HIV/AIDS among teenagers, the VNA/VietNamNet reports. The $473,296 project is funded by $443,296 from ABD, with the rest of the funding allocated in the provincial budget.
